Our browbands are created to order, so unfortunately we do not accept returns due to the customer ordering the wrong colour or size - please ensure you're happy with the details before placing your order. We will exchange if return postage is paid in certain circumstances. Please e-mail us to discuss further.
Returns will of course be accepted if there is fault with the product, but please do ensure you contact us and return the item within 14 days.
We will not be held liable for returned items that get lost in the post so please make sure you use the correct service first class signed for.
We do not accept returns due to misuse or general wear and tear of the item.
We do provide two crystals in a clear bag just in case of the event where one may be loosened or lost , we do ask for return postage for this service.
