So please ensure you're happy with the details before placing your order we are here to help get the correct fit just email us for advice. We are more than happy to exchange for another size.if sizing errors occur, but we would be grateful if you to check your current sizes with a tape measure to prevent having to return.

In the return of a bridle we will refund in full if the leather is not marked or being used. We are here to help with fitting just send in your measurements or email for advice.

I the return of a dog coat, please ensure it has not been worn. We can exchange for a different size.

All returns must be returned within 14 days of ordering. Postage to return is paid by the Customer.

If a product is faulty postage will be paid by Stampede Equestrian for it's retun within the 14 days of ordering.

We will not be held liable for returned items that get lost in the post so please make sure you use the correct service first class signed for.

We do not accept returns due to misuse or general wear and tear of the item.

We do provide two crystals in a clear bag just in case of the event where one may be loosened or lost , if you need spare crystals please email us anytime.

A service is set up for repairing crystal browbands and collars for free within a year of purchase this we ask for return postage for the product to be re-sent back to the customer as new.
