Our products are created to order, so unfortunately we do not accept returns due to the customer ordering the wrong colour or size - please ensure you're happy with the details before placing your order we are here to help get the correct fit just email us for advice. If our advice hasnt fitted correctly we are more than happy to exchange for another size. We will however exchange in most circumstances if return postage is paid and the product has not been marked trying on. Please e-mail us to discuss further.
Returns will of course be accepted if there is fault with the product, but please do ensure you contact us and return the item within 14 days.
We will not be held liable for returned items that get lost in the post so please make sure you use the correct service first class signed for.
We do not accept returns due to misuse or general wear and tear of the item.
We do provide two crystals in a clear bag just in case of the event where one may be loosened or lost , we do ask for return postage for this service.
A service is set up for repairing crystal browbands and collars for free within a year of purchase this we ask for return postage for the product to be re-sent back to the customer as new.
